Tapdong Valley
Description
Mt.Soyosan and Tapdong Valley are called 'Mujugucheondong'(the most beautiful valley in Jeolla Buk Province) of Dongducheon-si. Tapdong Valley has curved paths that seem never-ending and is lined on both sides with thick grasses. The clear, refreshing water that runs along the valley, and Guneung valley, which is surrounded by Guksabong Peak, Wangbangsan and Hyeryongsan, are great course for taking a drive and enjoying fun in the water during the summer.
Transportation
Bus: From Seoul Suyu-ri, take bus #36 or 136 and get off at Dongducheon Bus Terminal. Then take the bus bound for Dokgori.
Car: Take state route #3 in the direction of Uijeongbu. At the Dongducheon Yurim 4-way intersection, transfer to local route #334.
