Cooking Classes at Lotte Hotel Seoul

Delica-Hans Cafe & Delicatessen and Peninsula Cafe & Italian Trattoria at Lotte Hotel Seoul will present cooking classes to those who want to hold a year-end party at home with popular hotel menus.
At Delica-Hans, a cookie baking class will be given on Dec. 1 under French pastry chef Denis Hoffer. Participants will make different types of cookies from vanilla or chocolate dough.

At Peninsula, a pizza baking class will be conducted on Dec. 6, and a pasta cooking class will be held on Dec. 13, Italian chef, Andrea Gerometta will share his know-how of preparing authentic pizzas and pastas easily.

The COEX InterContinental Seoul has appointed Mr. Paul D. Schenk as the hotel's new executive chef.

Starting his career in 1990 in Queensland, the Australian native was executive Sous Chef of Jumeirah Beach Hotel Dubai and Grand Hyatt Muscat Oman. He will be responsible for food served at 653 guest rooms, six restaurants and bars in addition to 16 banquet and meeting facilities at the hotel.

Millennium Seoul Hilton will host the 37th Gourmet Circle Dinner at Seasons, the hotelĄŻs French gourmet restaurant from Dec. 9 to 11.
